FreshLetters is an e-mail marketing tool designed to simplify and reduce the cost of sending mail marketing.

Setup Fee: $299

To get started there is a one-time setup fee of $299 that includes your choice of one of our pre-designed templates. Should you wish to have a professionally designed template, our design team can create a custom designed package (includes 2 designs) for an additional $399. (Each additional custom template after the first two designs costs $250.)

After the initial setup is completed there are two plans to choose from based on your needs:

Monthly Unlimited:

With the monthly unlimited plan there is no limit to the number of campaigns you can send and there is no delivery fee! This plan is best for organizations that send multiple campaigns per month or have a large subscriber list. Pricing is based on total subscribers as detailed below:

Per Campaign:

With the Per Campaign plan you pay for only what you use. This is ideal for organizations that don't send campaigns as frequently and have a smaller subscriber list.

Simply pay 5¢ per person that you email + $5 campaign delivery fee.
Example: You have a campaign that you are sending out to 200 subscribers. This would cost you $10 plus the $5 campaign delivery fee.
